Tree Leek Aeonium-Schwarzkopf - Preview

Dear fellow, floral painters, in this project we are tackling big contrasts with rich and curious colours from light to dark.

This beautiful plant is quite the plant of the moment, featuring at the Chelsea flower show, alongside Irises in soft lemons, oranges, lilacs and rust colours.

I have managed to call the waxy leaves, petals, on many occasions but forgive me, as the design of the arrangement of the leaves creates a beautiful rosette, reminiscent of a rose.

What is wonderful about this plant, and hopefully this tutorial is that each leaf is a little lesson in itself. Do please try it, whatever level you feel you are at, as there is so much to enjoy.
