Hello, lovely painting people. This week, I'm adding to our 'one brush' section.
What shall I draw? This is a common question that we ask right from the first moment we are given a pencil and a piece of paper.
Often we find it hard to find time to improve our drawing and come to the painting table, anxious to achieve something amazing before putting in a little more of the groundwork.
It doesn't have to be a chore, mostly a 10-minute drawing session will ignite your observation skills, prepare the creative juices and take away the stress of having to start a big project.
Bite-size drawing moments are the secret to improving your hand-eye coordination and giving you the space to discover your drawing style.
My quick drawing style is far from perfect, so I hope that it will show you that you don't have to be perfect while you are playing in your sketchbooks.
Take 10 minutes for yourself to choose any small flower or fruit, pick up your pencil and play.
Peace and happiness,
Billy x
