Knopper Gall, Acorn & Oak Leaves - Preview

Hello, lovely painters, this week's study is of an Oak Knopper Gall and an Acorn with a couple of leaves painted at actual size.

This tutorial covers a myriad of nice little techniques. We are eventually creating a page of Oak elements, so do leave a little bit of room to add another leaf or two. This year has been a mast year, and with so many acorns everywhere, it was impossible to ignore them.

I've been using my size one and size two brushes, and of course, my trusty little eradicator. I hope that you can squeeze in some quality painting time for these lovely little seasonal treasures.
