Christmas Crown - Preview

My first Christmas project this year is a crown design.

I show and talk about how I started the design and how one would work commercially.

We paint clusters of berries shining from behind the crown silhouette. We then decorate with variegated holly and some striped ribbons. You can make the crown small and add fewer berries to speed up the project. I have surrounded the details with gold water-based paint which adds a further festive feel.

We are short of time at this time of year, but I hope you can find some gentle painting time to have a try at this design, or you could start it early, ready for next year's Christmas!
