This weeks tutorial is the underneath of a rose, looking at things from a new angle stretches our observation skills and offers a new take on looking at things. the soft glazes are the perfect opportunity to learn how to mix pale colours but with enough impact to describe the plant on the white paper. If you are just starting out then you could just practice the first washes until you achieve a soft petal effect.
