Red Amaryllis - Preview

Well, hopefully you will think this a wonderful project to finish the year on.

This is all about bold washes and texture.

The flower can be painted will all the buds and petals or you could use one petal to help you perfect the techniques. I cover many texturing moves and tips on building contour and colour.

With such rich colours, this flower has all the opulence associated with end of year celebrations, so with this flower, I want to wish all of you, peace, health and happiness, and I will see you next year for some new and exciting plants, still life and natural history.

And an extra huge thank you for choosing me as your teacher, it will always be an honour.
